Statement

A songwriter so perfectly penned the words of a great hymn when he wrote about the church, "the church’s one foundation is Jesus Christ our Lord. "Christ himself said "upon this rock I’ll build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. "There is only one success that can be attributed to the longevity of this ministry at Baymeadows Baptist Church. We have endeavored to preach the gospel to the lost,& disciple the lives of those who diligently seek a close relationship with Christ. In doing so we are developing the body of Christ, the New Testament Church, into a powerful, productive and passionate assembly that will honor our risen Savior.

This church will forever hold to the beliefs that Jesus Christ is the Messiah. He was born of a virgin and He lived a sinless life. He was crucified and put to death for the sins of the world. He arose again on the third day as the Bible says and will one day return to gather all those that by faith have acknowledged their sin and trusted Jesus Christ to forgive their sin. We thank God for the indwelling of His Spirit that guides and teaches us how to live in the present world. We will forever hold dear the infallibility of God’s word, knowing it is errorless and the genuine word of God. We count it a great privilege for your interest in our church and we hope you feel the warmth of God’s love that can only come from being among God’s people. The greatest attribute that Christ displayed was His willingness to be a servant to those in need. We would like to represent Christ by serving you. Please feel free to contact us if we can serve you in any way.
